Shipping information

We work with DPD to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping free of charge. Standard shipping within Germany takes 2-3 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days and is subject to a fee (excluding public holidays and weekends). 

Shipping to parcel lockers

We also ship to Packstations. If you would like your order delivered to a Packstation, please enter "Packstation" followed by the Packstation number in the "Street" field. Your postal code must be entered in the additional address field (apartment, room, etc.).

Returns

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A tracking number is mandatory for your return. Without a tracking number, we cannot accept liability for lost goods. We therefore strongly recommend that you track your return to ensure it arrives safely. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience.

Please note that processing your return, including checking the returned goods and issuing your refund, can take up to 14 business days. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding in case of any delays.
